  103.           Software authorizes on-line distribution only in accordance
  104.           with the following provisions.  Disk Vendors and
  105.           Distributors should refer to the VENDOR.DOC text file for
  106.           complete license information.

  108.           The pE package is defined as containing all the material
  109.           listed in the PACKING.LST text file.  If any files listed
  110.           in the PACKING.LST text file, or the PACKING.LST file
  111.           itself, are missing, then the package is not complete and
  112.           distribution is forbidden.  Please contact us to obtain a
  113.           complete package suitable for distribution.

  115.               The pE package - including all related program files
  116.               and documentation files - CANNOT be modified in any way
  117.               (other than that mentioned in the following paragraph)
  118.               and must be distributed as a complete package, without
  119.               exception.  The PACKING.LST text file contains a list of
  120.               all files that are part of the ProLite package.

  122.               Many BBSs customarily add a small text file
  123.               (advertisement) to each archived file.  This text file
  124.               describes the BBS and tells people that the file was
  125.               downloaded from that particular BBS.  Other BBSs add a
  126.               small one-line message with their BBS name and phone
  127.               number into the compressed file, which will display when
  128.               the file is uncompressed.  Either of these methods of
  129.               mentioning your BBS are acceptable and may be used,
  130.               provided the program and documentation is otherwise
  131.               unmodified and complete.

  133.               Licensee shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  134.               decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or
  135.               transfer the licensed program except as provided in this
  136.               agreement.  Any such unauthorized use shall result in
  137.               immediate and automatic termination of this license.
